Our founding fathers envisioned a society where all individuals were equal under the law. Where the law, equally protected everyone Individually. Where no one, no matter what his or her station in life, or what he or she did for a living, none would be above or below the law, and where Rights, Laws and Justice would be given to everyone equally and treat everyone equally as individuals.

Our founding fathers created the Constitution and the Bill of Rights for a Good and moral society. They knew that only in a moral society can a people be free, because a good and moral people do not need many laws and regulations to keep themselves safe, secure and free. With Liberty and Justice for all.

The Government was supposed to protect us, by protecting our Rights and freedoms. Not by enforcing it's morality, or ethics, or by protecting us from ourselves, or by saving us from ourselves, like we were children, and could not choose for ourselves, what is right for us, or what is wrong for us.  Protecting our Rights is different from enforcing ethics and morality, or trying to protect us from ourselves, and the choices we might make, or the chances we might take, through laws, legislation and Government. We do not have a Right to enforce our morality or ethics, on anyone else. People have the free-will and Right to choose for themselves, to choose their own morality and ethics, and their own way of life. There is a Fundamental Human Right for us to live free from harm, for our family, our property and everyone as individuals. Harming other people and their property may be immoral but is also violating the Right to live free from harm. There is no fundamental human Right to enforce morality or ethics upon others, or for the Government to be our parents and choose what is best for us, or try to protect us from ourselves, or the chances we might take with our lives, through Regulations, Laws, and Legislation. People should have the right to choose for themselves individually, what is best for them as adults and should not be told to the live their lives, or have their choices made for them, or have their choices taken from them, no matter how well-intentioned, no matter if it keeps them safe or not. We should have the right and power of self-determination, over our own bodies, lives, minds and souls, to be free.

When we become adults, we are supposed to have learned to take responsibility for own choices, our own actions, and our own lives. We should not be treated as children to have our choices and decisions made for us, or taken from us, by legislation and Government. Government should not choose for us like we were children. As adults we have to have the Right, the power, the free will and the freedom to choose for ourselves, to be individual and free. We do not need the Government to be our parents for us, to choose for us, and protect us from ourselves. Our Rights and freedoms are the only thing’s that need protection under the law, specially our right, to live free from harm. We also need to protect our privacy Rights and our contractual Rights. True freedom has only the power of individuals, to think for themselves, to choose for themselves, to take responsibility for themselves, their actions and their lives.

We need to have moral capitalism in a moral and ethical society; where businesses and corporations are held to the same moral, ethical and legal standards as individuals. Individuals should be given the same protection under the law from businesses and corporations that would do harm to their families, their property, or themselves, as they do from individuals that would do them harm. Where business owners, and corporate officers are held liable to law, for the decisions of their businesses and companies when they harm other people’s health, property or lives. No one, not even businesses or corporations should have the right to violate or harm anyone else’s person, property, privacy, or freedom. We have to have Morality in Commerce, and in all of Human Endeavor, to keep freedom alive, or too many people will clamor for the restrictions of liberty and freedom, to keep themselves safe, from corporate corruption, corporate negligence, or immoral businesses and people, that would try to take advantage of them. It is not the only job of corporations and businesses to make a profit for themselves and their stockholders; it is also the responsibility of businesses and corporations to give themselves a moral and ethical structure. Morality and ethical behavior must be a part of everything in our lives, including business and corporate practices. To keep freedom and Liberty alive, we must have moral capitalism in a moral society. It is also the jobs of Individuals, Families, Churches, Synagogues, Mosques, and Temples, to show the way, to a moral and ethical life. Also to teach the young and anyone who will listen, of the need for morality in society, to keep America free.

James Wilson wrote, "Without Liberty, Law loses its nature and its name, and becomes Oppression. And without Law, Liberty loses its nature and its name, and becomes Licentiousness." Without Liberty and the protections of our Rights and freedoms, we get tyranny, and the corrupting nature of power. Without morality in a free society, we get anarchy and terrorism. Although morality should not be made law, it should be the free choice of every individual. John Milton wrote "None can love freedom but good men, the rest love not freedom but license, which never hath more scope than under tyrants." Only a good and moral people, in a Moral Society, with Moral Capitalism, can truly know and love Liberty and freedom. Without Morality we cannot be Civilized, Humane, Just, and Free. We have to Respect other people's liberties, Right’s and freedom’s, to be free and stay free. Our Liberty is worth any price, because there are some things worth living for and some things worth the fighting for and some things worth dying for, and Liberty is one of them,

Thomas Jefferson wrote, "Of Liberty I would say that, in the whole plenitude of its existence, is unobstructed action according to our will. But [Rightful Liberty] is drawn around us by the [Equal Rights], of others. And I do not add [within the limits of the law,] because the [Law] of is often but the [Tyrants-Will], and always so when it [Violates] [the Rights of an Individual]." He also wrote, "No Man has a Natural Right to commit aggression on the Equal Rights of another, and this is all from which the Law ought to restrain him."

The only Equality we can have a free society is Equal Justice, Equal Laws, Equal Rights, and Equal Liberty, for everyone Individually, no matter what their race, no matter where they come from, no matter what their belief system is. To have Equal Justice in a free society, Justice has to be blind not just to race, but all forms of social prejudice. So we can become whatever our abilities and aspirations can create for us. To choose for ourselves, to be true to ourselves, to respect other people's Rights and freedoms, or no one can be truly free. To be forever free, and stay forever free, we must be forever vigilant, in the Freest Nation on Earth.
